The Dallas-Fort Worth Wing of the Commemorative Air Force is having its Third Annual Warbirds On Parade Car Show at D-FW Wing Hangar at Lancaster Airport. Registration from 9 am - 10:30 am; awards at 3:30 pm. Benefits the DFW Wing of the Commemorative Air Force. Awards given for the Top Twenty Cars plus Best in Show. Entry fee is only $20 (all of which benefits our effort to preserve these aircraft in flying condition. Round six of eight in the 2009 Redline Time Attack Series was held at E-Town Raceway in Englishtown, NJ. It was also the championship event for the 4 race Street Class East and Stock Class East points series and the first official 2009 points champions have been crowned!

This car show in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood had been held for years, and it's become a favorite of local residents, gearhead and non-gearhead alike. While no cars are turned away from this event—there's no GoodGuys-style pre-1972 rule here—there certainly wasn't any junk on display. Along with a '60s-era Ferrari 250 GT, there were a couple of classic Rolls-Royces, a '30s Dodge truck sporting a new Viper motor, and plenty of sweet custom jobs. All Read more...
